I bought my machine 19 years ago in the store and still bring it to Nuremberg for repair, although I live in Regensburg. Here, one knows what he is doing and repairs quickly and for a reasonable price. Great service! The coffee is the best anyway. Unfortunately, I do not come over so often ....

My machine spontaneously had to service there and there was not a long shuffle: on the counter, screwdriver out and the problem without further ado fixed directly and without dates.
